We begin with the format, quantity, purpose and required date. Paper, finish, folding and other specifications are considered in relation to your budget and the way the piece will be handled.
Artwork is reviewed for the agreed production requirements, including image resolution, margins and bleed where needed. You review the proposed artwork and specifications before production is approved.
Production timing, delivery or collection arrangements and any special requirements are confirmed for each order. Share your deadline early so we can assess the available options.

Can you work with artwork I already have?
We can review your files for the intended format. If adjustments or design work are needed, those are discussed before the order proceeds.
What do you need to prepare a printing quote?
Send the item type, finished size, quantity, number of pages or sides, preferred paper or material, finishing requirements and deadline. Include artwork if it is available.
Can you help with both design and printing?
Yes. We can discuss a combined project covering the design and printed materials. Your proposal defines the deliverables and production specifications.
How long will my printing take?
Timing depends on the item, quantity, finish, artwork readiness and production availability. We confirm an appropriate schedule for your specific order rather than promise one turnaround for every project.
Will printed colors look exactly like my screen?
Screens emit light and printed materials reflect it, so their appearance can differ. Paper and finishes also affect color. If matching is critical, let us know so proofing options can be discussed.
